| Why should I become an affiliate? |
XPO is set to become a key player in the investment software market. More people than ever are looking to property as a safe way to accumulate assets and increase income. With the growth of this sector, becoming an affiliate of Software Today gives you an ideal way to profit from an expanding industry. |
| How much will I earn? |
Affiliates earn a commission on each sale they generate. Commissions provided to affiliates are calculated at 20% of the sale price. This means that on a sale of $129.00 AU, you will earn a commission of $25.80 AU on each referral which results in a sale. |
| What if visitors don't purchase right away? |
If you refer a customer to Software Today, there are two ways you can recieve a commission payment.
1. If the customer purchases Xpo or another Software Today branded product immediately, your account will be credited with 20% of the sale value.
2. If the customer returns to Software Today within 60 days of their initial visit and makes a purchase, the sale will be credited to the affiliate OR if a customer, referred from your site downloads a free trial version of Xpo or any other Software Today branded product and subsequently purchases the product from Software Today, you will be credited with the sale. (So long as they purchase within the 60 days.) |
| How will I get paid? |
After the end of each month, Software today will mail you a cheque for the amount of commissions earned that month. Login to our affiliate administration area to check account statistics and see how much you are earning on a daily basis. Checks are normally posted by the 10th day of the month. |

You can promote your affiliate url through image, button or text links on your website. Once you have registered as an affiliate, login to our affiliate administration area where you can select and copy the links to place on your site. |

| How do I activate my new copy of Xpo 5? |
There are full instructions for activation of your new software available from the software's activation page. Simply click on 'Help with Activation' to access this information. |
| I have run out of activations. What do I do? |
Xpo is licensed for use on a single computer, however we understand that during the life of your software, circumstances change. (e.g. Computer upgrades, Hard Drive crashes etc.) If you attempt to activate your software and recieve a message saying "Number of activations expired", AND you feel you have a valid reason to request another activation, please contact us on info@softwaretoday.com.au setting out your reasons and request for another activation. |
| I have changed my email address? |
When you request a software activation code for the second time, it will be emailed to the address we have on record. If your email address has changed, please contact us to request a change of address before you request an online activation code. |

| What differences are there between the Trial version and the Full version of Xpo 5? |
The evaluation version of Xpo 5 contains all the features of the full version with the following exceptions. 1. No of records: Only one record is possible in each section of the evaluation version. You can use this record to perform calculations, input your own data and check out all the amazing features of Xpo5. 2. Reports: The evaluation version displays screen shots of all the reports that are available in the full version. |

| Will Xpo work in New Zealand? |
Yes! Xpo has been developed to meet the needs of investors in New Zealand as well as Australia. Please note the following points specific to using Xpo in New Zealand.
1. Stamp duty. Stamp duty does not exist in New Zealand. Selecting 'NZ' from the relevant address field sets the stamp duty to '0'. 2. Capital Gains Tax. Investors in New Zealand are not liable for Capital Gains Tax on properties they sell. If you are using Xpo in New Zealand, please ignore the Capital Gains Tax sections in Xpo. |
